Try before you buy
Where a free trial is available, please try the plugin in Final Cut Pro with your own footage, camera and Mac before you buy. The trial shows a watermark until the plugin is activated with a license key.
14-day refunds
If a plugin doesn't work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order number, and we'll refund you in full. No long forms.
After a refund
The license key for the refunded plugin is deactivated, and the plugin returns to trial mode.
Technical problems
If something isn't working, please contact us first. Most issues, such as Final Cut Pro versions, camera formats or installation, can be fixed quickly. If we can't fix a problem with the plugin, you'll get your money back, even after 14 days.
After 14 days
Refund requests after 14 days are considered case by case, at our discretion.
How refunds are paid
Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we can almost always help faster.
